LONG BARN BARRACKS – STANISLAUS NATIONAL FOREST
Land & Structure provided the surveying and civil engineering design for the site improvements associated with the construction of the barracks. The design of this project incorporated natural site rock for retaining walls and slope stabilization. The civil design incorporated site accessibility, drainage, utilities, parking and circulation.
SONORA V.A. CLINIC
Land & Structure provided the surveying and civil engineering design for the site improvements associated with the construction of the clinic. The project was located on a constrained site and incorporated underground parking, drainage, utilities, accessibility and circulation.
TCSD MULTI USE BUILDING
Land & Structure provided the architectural plans, MEP, structural plans and calculations and specifications for the project. This structure incorporated an office, control room, laboratory, bathrooms and a vehicle workshop for the sanitary district in Tuolumne, California.
PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE MARINA BUILDING
Land & Structure provided the design, architectural plans, MEP, structural plans and calculations and site improvement plans for the marina building, pergola and patio. This structure incorporated a marina office, commercial kitchen and a retail store. The timber pergola was constructed from salvaged lumber from the Rim Fire.
SIERRA BIBLE CHURCH ENTRANCE PAVILION
Land & Structure provided the architectural plans, MEP, structural plans and calculations and site improvement plans for the entrance pavilion. This structure incorporated accessibility, restrooms, landscaping and a pavilion.
DR. PAUL BERGER DENTAL OFFICE
Land & Structure provided the architectural plans, MEP, structural plans and calculations and site improvement plans for the remodel of an existing structure into a dental office. This project incorporated the design of the dental office utilities, accessibility improvements, office layout and structural modifications.

BLACK OAK CASINO ENTRANCE PAVILION FOUNDATION
Land & Structure provided the structural design for the foundation of the entrance pavilion at Black Oak Casino. Land & Structure has provided foundation design and analysis for steel buildings, tank structures, industrial equipment, light poles and large stadium lighting throughout California.

RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION: OAK VIEW ESTATES
Land & Structure has provided surveying, planning and civil engineering to prepare the documentation for a Tentative Parcel Map for a 124 lot subdivision in Soulsbyville, California. Land & Structure has coordinated the consultant team to prepare an Environmental Impact Report and technical studies.
ODD JOBS
Land & Structure has provided surveying, engineering and design services to a wide variety of odd jobs. From ‘Tough Mudder’ obstacles to stadium light foundations, building signs, dam surveys, solar farms, beam trusses, reverse engineering of unpermitted structures and rehabilitation of historic structures, there is not too much that we won’t tackle.
