The rehabilitation of Utica Park in Angels Camp, Ca. included the remodel of the existing pavilion structure, installation of a new playground, a small amphitheater, a basketball court, a bocce ball court, restroom facilities, workout area, accessible walkways and parking, lighting and minimal landscaping.
Land & Structure worked with Boyer Construction and the City of Angels Camp on a design-build project to develop the site layout, process entitlements and construction permits and provided land surveying, planning, civil engineering, building design and structural engineering.
This project maximized a very tight budget to deliver significant improvements to the ageing park, ensuring it will be a valued community resource for future generations.
