Land & Structure provided land surveying, planning and civil engineering for the entitlement and construction of the Eureka Oaks Subdivision in Angels Camp, Ca. This project was developed by Habitat for Humanity to deliver workforce housing to the local community.
Significant grading was required for this design to achieve a small lot design on a site with considerable elevation change. Public water, sewer and power utilities were extended into the development, with stormwater detention features dispersed throughout.
The site includes a green space and a playground. Phase 1 consists of single family dwellings and Phase 2 will include apartment buildings. Home construction is planned to start in 2026.
