Land & Structure provided the design and structural engineering for the pavilion buildings and the Bocce Ball courts that were constructed as part of the renovations of Twain Harte Park, in Twain Harte, Ca.

The timber frame structures were designed for the local snow load with some members oversized for aesthetics. Supporting posts were raised up off the ground on concrete pedestals which were wrapped in natural stone. Green metal roofs, common to the area added to the longevity of these designs.

The park and its amenities have become a well used facility for the local community, and it is always good to be included in the improvement of our local built environment.
